I think this is a really great area, because the architecture is all different and all beautiful.  Historic homes built by turn of the century industrial leaders were expensively built and have been maintained by an active community of people who love their homes.  This area adjoins Xavier University, and our more expensive Hyde Park.  A nice country club and access to Xavier's health complex as well as the new shopping area Xavier is building right now make it a convenient area for everyone.  Several good private and public elementary schools are located in walking distance as well as access to Cincinnati's premier high school Walnut Hills, which has been ranked one of the top High Schools in the country for many years and the finest school in Greater Cincinnati, public or private.  For more information check out this limited neighborhood web site:
