Cincinnati's Original Settlement was founded here in 1788 and its full of Painted Lady Victorians, Cool new construction, night life, great dining and it offers lots of great river views and river side parks.  This area has gone through a major renovation over the last few years and has become the place to live on the Ohio.  Check out one of my builder web sites http://www.goldenaveestates.com for some great information on new construction opportunities, existing spec homes and models with fab views.  The new Columbia Square was just completed giving more services to the area but its only minutes to Downtown, Mt.Lookout or Hyde Park.  For their official web site check out:
